White Oak Valley Farm traces its roots to Fred and Minnie Wittmeyer, who began farming along Clough Pike in Anderson Township in 1853. Today the farm bakes its Summer Squash Pizza Crusts in small batches with zucchini and squash, fresh almost every day, and has long grown fresh vegetables for market.
