For market managers and show organizers
Farmers market management software, on the page shoppers already use to find you
Vendor applications, the roster, market-day check-in, table fees, notices to vendors and a booth map. Free for partner markets. Your market is probably already listed; claim it and run the season from it.
Or have us set it up for you: we build the page from your published schedule and vendor list and hand you the keys.

Everything the spreadsheet, the Google Form and the group text do today
Applications and paperwork
Vendors apply from your page. You approve in a tap. Insurance and permits are tracked, and you hear before one expires.
The roster
Who sells with you, who is coming Saturday, who opted out. Vendors say "I sell here" and you confirm; invites go out by email.
Market-day check-in
Check vendors in from your phone as they arrive. The public page updates to who is actually there.
Table fees
Fees per vendor, per date or per season, and who has paid. Rent stays at cost; we do not take a cut.
Notices
One message to every vendor, or to the shoppers who follow your market: rain plan, new vendor, holiday hours.
A booth map
Draw the layout once. Assign spots, or let vendors pick their own like an airline seat, with picks locking the night before.
And the half the others don’t have: shoppers
Management tools elsewhere stop at your office door. Your Patchwork page is where people in your town look for a market this weekend: hours, the next market day, who is selling and what they make, directions, and a follow button that tells them when you open. Check a vendor in and the page says they are there. Post a notice and your followers get it. Every market page links up to its city page, which is how “farmers markets in your town” finds you.
See one: markets by city, then open any market near you.
What it costs
Your page is free, always: name, photos, hours, location, dates, who is there, followers and reviews.
Running the market is free for partner markets. You get 14 days free once your first vendor is on the roster. Then link to your Patchwork page from your website or social, the way you would link to your Facebook page, and it stays free. Rather not link? $29/mo. No per-vendor fees, no cut of table rent.
Have us set it up for you
Tell us the market. We find or build its page from your published schedule and vendor list, put your vendors on the roster, and email you the keys. Then you run the season from your phone.
Rather email? patchworkave@gmail.com
Questions organizers ask
- Is my market already on Patchwork?
- Probably. We list more than 14,000 farmers markets, maker markets, craft shows and festivals across all 50 states, built from organizers’ published schedules and vendor lists. Find yours by city and claim it; the page, its hours and its roster come with it.
- What does it cost?
- Maintaining your page is free. Running the market (applications, roster, check-in, fees, notices, the map) is free for 14 days once your first vendor is on the roster, and stays free when you link to your Patchwork page from your website or social. Rather not link? $29/mo.
- Do my vendors have to pay?
- A vendor’s page is free. Selling at markets through Patchwork is $5 a month for vendors who link to their page, and it is never a condition of being on your roster or your map.
- Will we still be listed if we don’t use the tools?
- Yes, every year. The listing is comprehensive and comes first; the management tools sit on top and are never a condition of being listed.
- What about a one-off show or a holiday market?
- Events with specific dates get an event page with the same applications, roster, map and check-in, and a parent market can hold its events.
