Premium extra virgin olive oil from the Khayat family's estate in Nabatiyeh, in the south of Lebanon, now in its fourth generation. The heirloom olives are hand picked each harvest, first cold pressed by traditional methods, then hand bottled, labeled and inspected; the oil has a full-bodied, peppery flavor and won an award at the Los Angeles International EVOO Competition. After years of war damaged the grove, the family has been replanting it, and for every bottle sold a meal goes to children in need through Borderless NGO in Lebanon. Based in Louisville, Kentucky.
