J & J Rose Production was founded by Dr. John Pottschmidt and Jay Bosse, who hybridize roses in a backyard garden of about 1,500 roses. Their goal is to develop new rose varieties that are disease resistant, sustainable and fragrant, and they sell roses along with other plants such as flowering baskets.
