Clay bead bracelets and earrings with a "beautiful cause," which is what Bèl Kòz means in Haitian Creole. Artisans in Haiti dig the clay from the Central Plateau, then hand-roll, glaze and kiln-fire every bead, and the bracelets are designed and hand-strung in Indiana; the business exists to give those artisans steady, dignified work. Bracelets come in dozens of colors and in small round, round, square and rondelle beads, some with dainty gold accents or hand-stamped brass charms ("I Am Enough," "Worthy"), alongside clay bead gold hoop earrings.
