Yee Mama celebrates Cantonese culture through handmade wontons and small-batch sauces, founded in Cincinnati in 2020 by Hong Kong-raised chef Chiuyee (Dora) Cheng. Each wonton is hand wrapped with a silky, delicate wrapper as an homage to Cantonese wontons, and the sauces honor the flavors of Cantonese cooking and tradition.
